This month's featured artist Clive Henry is an old friend of Crosstown Rebels (NB last year's Soft Heavy EP on the label) and a recent and welcome addition to the Rebel agency. As part of Peace Division with Justin Drake and more recently 'The Lab' a new project for Tsuba his productions and DJ sets are filled with an infectious groove thats deservedly carved his place as a respected artist and one of our favourite party companions.
What is 'The Lab'?
Somewhere where we can try and do what is not expected of us..
What inspires your reinventions?
Basically the way house always fights back and comes through during fads,fashion and flash in the pans.
What are you most proud of?
My children.And following Spurs through thick and thin to finally get rewarded with a trophy this year(yes Ars**al fans it was only the BEER cup!)
What would you like to forget?

What are your simple pleasures?
My girlfriends cooking, watching films,sleeping,getting time to hang with my friends and family,a super cold magners/beer on a beach/at an afterhours
What gets you emotional?

What makes you smirk?
Some of the parties/after hours and waffle i have endured over the years esp last week's Berlin jaunt.See Damian/Daren Nunes at approx 6am sun/mon mornings for an example.

Teleportation.No more 4 hour delays,cancelled flights,sitting in airports!

Haha.Too many to think of! A Junior Boys Own party a few years back springs to mind. Went as a Mexican bandito. Sombrero, Rifle, Full Tash, Poncho the works..

Crosstown Rebels continue to Get Lost around the Globe with the next episode at Avalon in LA. Damian Lazarus and local resident crew Droog will be sharing their wonderfully weird music within the Spider Room on Saturday April 5th all night long. If you haven't tried it before now your chance, Getting Lost with the Rebels is a memorable treat.
Resident Advisor, the global website for the electronic music scene gets up close and personal with our own SETH TROXLER this month getting him talking about 'Teshno', 'slap your girlfriend drums', Detroit and his new projects.
